The Foodclean HWS Steam Hose is a heavy-duty, chemically resistant nitrile washdown hose rated to 20 bar for water temperatures from -20°C to +90°C and 6 bar for steam temperatures up to +164°C. It is available in 1/2″ and 3/4″ diameters and supplied in 40m lengths, which can be cut to size with or without fittings and cuffs.

The Foodclean 20 is a high quality, heavy-duty washdown hose engineered for low pressure washdown systems, featuring a nitrile construction that provides exceptional resistance to chemicals and animal fats for extended hose life. Lightweight yet durable, its fabric braided reinforcement delivers outstanding flexibility, rated to 20 bar (300 PSI) across a wide temperature range of -29°C to +99°C with a minimum bend radius of 95mm. Available in 1/2″ (21.8mm, 0.39kg/m) and 3/4″ (30.2mm, 0.63kg/m) outside diameters, the Foodclean 20 can be supplied in any length, with or without fittings and cuffs to suit your exact requirements.
