Q2 Satflow – Foam, Rinse and Sanitise

The 1711 SatFlow satellite station is a high-capacity dual-foam unit that delivers two independent foam chemical outlets, along with sanitiser and rinse functions, from a single station. This enables hygiene operators to apply two different cleaning chemicals—such as an alkaline detergent and an acidic descaler—without changing equipment. Its user-friendly design features an intuitive, colour-coded arrangement of ball valves and nozzles, allowing operators to easily manage and distribute up to three different media—typically a chemical solution, disinfectant, and water—without the hassle of constant adjustment.

With a robust water pressure rating of 5–150 bar and a chemical supply rating of 5–8 bar, the 1711 SatFlow is engineered for high performance. Its maximum operating temperature of 70ºC makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. The open-bottom design not only enhances hygiene but also simplifies maintenance and cleaning, helping to keep operations efficient and compliant.
