Q2 SatFlow – Rinse Foam & Sanitise Plus Decentral Foam

The 1714 SatFlow satellite is a durable stainless-steel cleaning station for food and beverage production areas, combining rinsing, foaming, and disinfection in a single unit. It uses a decentralised injector to draw in local or specialist chemicals alongside centrally supplied products.

The 1714 SatFlow satellite is a heavy-duty stainless-steel rinse, foam, and disinfectant combi satellite station, engineered for maximum efficiency in production areas. This robust unit features a decentralised injector that draws from a local concentrate drum, enabling the use of a second, separate chemical when required. With straightforward connections for rinse water, pre-diluted detergent, disinfectant, and concentrated chemical products, operators can easily switch between functions using a single hose, streamlining the entire cleaning process.

Built to withstand the demands of food and beverage hygiene applications, this stainless-steel station offers a maximum outlet pressure of 160 bar and a maximum water inlet temperature of 70°C. It is ideal for production zones that require a specialist or zone-specific cleaning chemical not distributed via the central system, while still taking full advantage of centrally supplied chemicals for standard cleaning stages.
